Very good experience with the team at Platinum Hyundai of Tracy, we bough our Palisade there and Isaiah and the team looked after us very well. No hard up selling and we had the process wrapped up fairly quickly, feeling good about the purchase and experience which seem rare these days! Would highly recommend.

I recently went through the process of purchasing my Ioniq5 from Tracy Hyundai. I cannot say enough good things about the dealership and Alec Nerland, my sales associate. Never once did they pressure me to 'come in today' to make my purchase. Alec was patient, answered my questions, followed up immediately and never ever pressured me. Because of his professionalism, I could have gotten my car elsewhere, but chose their dealership. Other Hyundai dealers I dealt with were not favorable at all - they pressured, 'come in today', 'I'll make you a good deal', or provide tricky offers so they can put more money in their pocket. It was the usual tactics that turn off the average buyer. I felt like Alec was just trying to make it a fair deal. As many buyers know, it is exhausting to go and negotiate, so having this experience with them, makes me want to get my next car from them. Nice work Tracy Hyundai!

I have had many excellent experiences with Platinum Hyundai's service department, all for routing maintenance. They have treated me very well and have done a great job on my car. It always gets returned clean inside and out, and the work is done well and promptly.

I took my daughter to look for a car after she was in an accident. We needed a safe car quickly so that she could get back to college. Good service

So I had installed new custom head, tail lights on my wife's Hyundai Sonata that she had taken such great care of "car is amazing", and i was delivering it to her work so she could drive it home. When all of a sudden the engine blows a rod. Omg what do we do? I was at a loss, all seemed like a bad dream. I called Hyundai in Tracy Ca. I talked to Victor lima and he put us at ease took away all the stress immediately, and a couple days later found he was able to fix the car on warranty. New engine!!!! Now the car is better than new!!! Thank you Victor lima, and team Hyundai

After visiting one other Hyundai dealership and attempting to communicate with several others, Platinum Hyundai finally won my business! Why? They don't cheat customers, they respond quickly to inquiries, they're polite (!!!)... I could go on. Mostly, when Dylan Castro called me back, he assured me that they would never charge over the MSRP unlike every other Hyundai dealership in the area. I can attest to this as I have called pretty much all of them. I immediately got in my car and drove 1 1/2 hours to Tracy and left with a new Palisade because Dylan is also a great salesman. It was as easy a car buying experience as I have ever had (and there have been many). There was no bickering over clearcoat or protective seat coating or what kind of warranty I wanted because it's all included- oh and I also have free oil changes. Do yourself a favor, skip the headache, just go to Platinum Hyundai. Thanks Dylan!

I've had a great experience with Tracy Platinum Hyundai. We bought a 2021 Palisade with roof rack and tow hitch in Aug 2020. We got a much better deal driving out to Tracy in than in our own city and it was worth the trip! We got a great car for less money and better customer service. As a part of our deal we receive oil changes at no cost. Our first oil change was this weekend (we don't drive a lot) and the process was great. I received an email that the car was due for maintenance with a link to schedule. Booking the service was quick and easy. We received an appointment for the day we wanted and dropped off the car at our appointment time with no wait! Pick was just as easy. After we picked up our car, we received an email with a convenient link to book a future appointment when needed. Great job :0)

I've bought many cars in my lifetime, but this time was different than every other experience I ever had. I usually view buying cars like getting a root canal; It's not pleasant. I spoke with Tony, the Internet Sales Manager over the phone and told him what I was looking for, down to the make, model, trim level and color. I'd spoken with several other Bay Area dealers and they all treated me like I expected-poorly. Tony was upfront and honest and the price he gave me over the phone was lower than all the other dealers I'd spoken to. BY FAR. I'm not sure I should say how low of a price but it was a phenomenal deal for a fully loaded, top of the line Sonata 1.6T. Tony put it in writing, showed me the invoice and the white glove treatment I received from the GSM, Mario and Joseph, our sales associate was better than any other experience I've ever had. This should be the way all car dealerships operate. My wife and I were both very happy with our experience and can't praise them enough.

Great experience. The only dealership within range that truly had the car I wanted and were honest with no tricks. Rahul even picked me up from Dublin bart as I was traveling from San Francisco. We just bought a new Palisade and had an amazingly good experience. Our day started at Stockton Hyundai where we got a quote for a Limited Palisade that was $15,000 over the sticker price. We then drove to Premier Hyundai in Tracy and drove away with a Limited Palisade for $12,000 less than the quote from Stockton. Sales and finance staff were great. If you want a Hyundai, go to Tracy and ask for Ronnie.

We have been bringing both our 2013 Sonata and 2018 Elantra here since we first purchased them. The service department has always been first rate ( from Brian Schneider- who is always friendly, professional, and a great representative for this dealership ) to the guys "in the trenches ". But to add to this I had received a special offer email from the owner & president Tony Pappas which was amazing. For all first responders, teachers, grocery store employees, truck drivers, hospital workers, and any "essential" worker Mr. Pappas offered 1 free year of oil changes and a wash & vacuum on any make and model.
